Please include:

• Item name(s) and stock number(s).

• How many you want.

• How you wish to pay: check, money order, credit card (thru PayPal)

• Your name, address and zip code and daytime phone number.

I’ll contact you via email to confirm your order and give you a final amount with shipping costs. You can then send me a check or money order or I can send you a PayPal invoice which you can pay with a credit card. Personal checks must clear before items are made.

Everything is made to order by one person (me!) and will be done in a timely manner. Please allow 2 weeks minimum for delivery. Custom work may take a little longer, of course.
